Tanglin Market Place @ Tanglin Mall #B1-02/03
A typical supermarket stocks at least 10,000 lines of products. It’s easy to be overwhelmed by aisles of food, various health claims and endless choices.
In this supermarket tour, a Dietitian will take a small group through the supermarket isles, discussing how to read and interpret food labels. There will be plenty of opportunity for questions. This is a great activity for anyone who would like to understand more about what food labels really mean and how to make healthier food choices.
The session is open to all and free of charge; prior registration is required.
