Laughter yoga combines laughter and deep breathing for physical and psychological gains such as reduced stress, increased resilience, and improved cardiovascular health. Participants will experience the immediate benefits of laughter, discover why we can laugh for no reason, and learn how to use laughter as a healing tool.
The session is open to all and free of charge; prior registration is required.
